The founder, Gio, first encountered the captivating world of aquariums. Despite his initial lack of knowledge and experience, Gio's fascination quickly escalated as he accumulated ten aquariums during his college years, with sizes ranging from 40 to 125 gallons.
His enthusiasm led him to explore and care for a diverse array of fish species, develop his aquarium-building skills, and continuously expand his understanding of aquatic environments. This growth was significantly supported by his mentor, Troy from Fin-Alley in Athens, GA, whose guidance proved invaluable in Gio's journey.
Today, AquariumJunkie stands as a testament to Gio's dedication and love for the vibrant world beneath the water's surface as he passionately services all of Georgia!
